Last weekend the Burnhams invited us to their house on Lake Mead. We had a great time. The weather was cool and overcast for the most part so we enjoyed a jeep trip across the desert with Danny and Tracy and a short hike to some interesting and beautiful rock structures. Then we went to an art fair in Boulder City. The highlight of the trip was the day on the lake.  We oooed and ahhhed at  Joel's  beautiful new boat. We did old people exploring and saw 15-20 mountain sheep hidden amongst the rocks along the shoreline. The Burnhams were great hosts and it was wonderful  to spend time with our good friends that we don't see as much as we'd like to.

If you guys have time your next visit we should meet up on your way out at Cafe Rio or something.

What a fun trip! It looks like you guys had a blast. : )

Thanks for the compliment on Kailey's costume. She had so much fun trick or treating and she loved being dressed up. Having kids is so much fun. We are super excited about the holidays this year and we are so grateful that the doctor's finally finished all of their testing and that everything checked out just fine. Having all of the testing done now is so great because we can just relax and enjoy the holiday season. : )
